Online marketing for businesses in Mallorca
I make sure your place gets found — by guests who don't just happen to walk past. Website, Google listing, your own guest list. You hand it over, I get it done.
Sound familiar?
Not because your place is bad. Because practically nobody finds you online — while they do find the worse place two streets over.
No website, or one that doesn't work on a phone. A Google listing with the wrong opening hours and photos from the day you opened. Whoever looks for you ends up somewhere else.
If they don't happen to walk past, they don't come at all. After years of regulars, you don't have a single phone number or email address.
Fixed costs keep running, the place is empty. You know you should have built something up over summer — but in summer there was no time.

No strategy workshops, no slide decks. I look at what a guest finds and put it right.
So that whoever is looking for a place around here finds you.
Contacts no platform can take away from you.
The part nobody thinks about in August.
Prices
No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice, no contract term. What's included is in writing before we start.
The start. Afterwards you know where you stand.
The foundation. So whoever searches finds you.
Get found — then fill the winter.
Google listing maintained, website kept current, one email a month to your guests, reachable when something comes up.
What you actually need, we'll see at the check. Sometimes the Google listing is enough and you save yourself the rest — and I'll tell you that too.

Not out of a bad job. Out of the principle. Out of the shift plan that decides when I get up.
So I left. Germany behind me, Mallorca ahead of me, and honestly no idea whether it would work.
It worked. And it showed me something I hadn't expected: I can do a whole lot more than I'd given myself credit for. New country, new language, new bureaucracy, all from scratch. And it was fine.
That's exactly the sentence I hear all the time from people here who run their own place. “The internet thing, that's not for me.” Yes, it is. You just don't have to do it yourself.
I spent years behind the bar and running venues — beer gardens, weddings, celebrations of every kind. I know what a Friday night feels like and why nobody's in the mood for Instagram at eleven at night. Today I make sure businesses here get found.
Barba del Sol means beard of the sun. Because I live on this island. And because the beard is hard to miss.
What I can do
Over the past months I built a complete marketing funnel from front to back — concept, brand, site, emails, ads, tracking, analysis. Not read about it. Built it. That's the difference from people who explain how it ought to work.
The problem is almost never where you'd guess. Most places don't lack attention — they lack the path from “knows you” to “sitting at your table”. Whoever runs ads straight away is pouring money into a hole. I look for where it actually breaks first.
Instagram makes you known. Google catches whoever is looking for a place right now. Email closes — and the list belongs to you, not to a platform. If you measure everything by revenue, you measure wrong and switch off the wrong thing.
I set up tracking so that afterwards you know which ad brought the guests — not just the clicks. And I work out beforehand what a guest may cost through advertising, instead of guessing afterwards whether it was worth it.
With twenty enquiries you can't prove anything; with two hundred you can. I'll tell you when a decision rests on data and when on gut feeling — and won't sell you one as the other.
“The internet thing isn't for me.”
Yes, it is. You just don't have to do it yourself.
The sentence I hear most often around here — and my answer.
Honesty up front
How it works
WhatsApp or the form, either is fine. I reply within a day. Even if the reply is just “seen it, more tomorrow”.
In the morning, before service. Twenty minutes. I show you what a guest finds and tell you what it costs. Then you can take your time.
You provide photos and approvals, I handle the rest. You get a quote with a fixed price and a date — and I keep both.
Common questions
After the check you get a fixed price on one page: what's included, what isn't, when it'll be done. The price doesn't change afterwards. If something comes up later that we hadn't discussed, I tell you what it costs before doing it.
No. The packages are one-off. The monthly support you can end whenever you like. I keep clients through work, not through small print.
I hear that a lot, and I understand the distrust. That's what the free check is for: you see how I work before any money changes hands. And I reply within a day — even when I'm stuck on something.
A builder costs you twelve euros a month and three weekends, and at the end there's a site nobody finds. What you're buying from me isn't the site — it's that it gets found, that you have guest contacts, and that winter doesn't stay empty. One extra full Saturday night in February and the package has paid for itself.
Yes, but not as a starting point. First the site has to be up and your Google listing has to be right, otherwise you're sending ad money into a dead end. Once the foundation is there, we start with a small test budget and only scale up when something demonstrably works. I'm open about what I've done many times and what's new for me.
You don't need it. Twenty minutes for the check, later a few photos and an approval. I do the rest. If you had to do more than that, I wouldn't have done my job.
No. I actually like being there for the setup, because then we get everything right from the start instead of tidying up later. What you need at that stage is usually less than you think.
Visibility check
I show you on my phone what a guest finds when they google you. Then you know where you stand — and you can say no.
WhatsApp is fastest. I'm usually on my phone in the mornings and after evening service — just tell me the name of your place.
Prefer to write? Use the form. I'll get back to you within a day.
